27, what?
Today wasn't so bad, for various reasons... it was a pretty good day, I didn't get a headache, I wasn't too tired, work wasn't too stressful, and I played a bunch of games after work, leading to a nice bath and now I'm watching Jimmy Fallon.
Today wasn't actually quite as bad as I had originally predicted, it wasn't quite as stressful, or as insane has I had thought it was going to be. It was kind of paced well, due to one of the lunches going very late, and taking forever to go through, which made the day seem to go by at a good rate, and never got to a point where I felt like my heart was going to explode.
A typical day off entry, I'll write about how I was lazy and relaxed and how I sat around playing games... expect the expected!
I woke up at a good time I think... pretty sure it was around 10:00am or so, I can't really remember. I got up, decided to play a bit of Ratchet and Clank until I got hungry, and then made a pretty good breakfast, of scrambled eggs, toast, bacon and hashbrowns. Oh yeah, and coffee... gotta have coffee with that, even though it's like 45 degrees in this apartment. Breakfast was good, and I watched the last episode of the Shield season 2 while I ate.
Alright, so I have a headache, I'm really tired, have been floating in and out of sleep on the couch for the last two hours, and worked a long shift because work is stupid... sounds like it should be a bad day, but I find myself feeling rather indifferent, and would instead classify the day as simply tiring.
Today was a day off... and I treated it as such. I played an unhealthy amount of games, walked to the grocery store, and had a good dinner.
I finished Uncharted today, a game that took me a long time to start, but once I had started, didn't take me long to finish. I was actually kind of worried that I wasn't going to get into the game, I had started it before and it didn't really catch me, but playing it again this time really got me addicted, and I played it a lot over the last week. I finished with about 8 hours on the clock, on normal difficulty.
Work was tiring today, or at least I think it was, cause I fell asleep on the couch a couple hours ago.
Breakfast was super busy today, went through like 90 people from 9:30 to 10:00am, and it's complete bullshit, because from 9:30am to 10:00am is when I need to time everything perfectly to get brunch out on time. It was frustrating to say the least, having people constantly come back and ask for more food right in the middle of trying to do something... or even taking the food I had gotten ready for brunch, setting me back, over and over again. I was getting pretty pissed off really, it was putting me in a bad mood; Luckily I had Brice there to keep me in good spirits.
I'm so tired that I don't even want to write about it.
I worked for 11.5 hours today, it was tiring, and bullcrap. I got home at like 10:30 or something, and I work tomorrow at 7am, Sunday brunch, then two lunches.
Hey guess what everyone? Today was another poorly thought out day full of bullshit! Yay! It seems all I ever write about is work, or more specifically, I just complain about work in detail, and perhaps this is a result of me spending most of my time there now (instead of school or the couch), and I realize it's not interesting to anyone, but really, it's all I've got to write about, and it's interesting (in theory) to capture these events and feelings in the logs of history for future reference.
These changes were implemented about a week ago but I forgot to write them up.
