Excessive

Woke up feeling kind of crappy this morning, a mild headache and overall not feeling great. As the day went on, it got worse, and by lunch I was feeling faint, increasingly sick and my headache would not quit. I decided that as an emergency measure, I would have a nap through my lunch break instead of walking, and it did end up making me feel slightly better (although groggy).
