Excessive

It's felt like a pretty busy week, time flies and lots of things to do. It never quite really feels like there is a time to be at rest. I had things to write in mine throughout the day or few days, but now it's all gone and I don't know what to write about.

Woke up feeling kind of crappy this morning, a mild headache and overall not feeling great. As the day went on, it got worse, and by lunch I was feeling faint, increasingly sick and my headache would not quit. I decided that as an emergency measure, I would have a nap through my lunch break instead of walking, and it did end up making me feel slightly better (although groggy).

Today during my lunch break, I had a meeting with Ben and a couple of researchers at Western for information regarding helping Ben build a project for them, a web based application that is essentially a UI over a database, with some logic to replace manual work, with automated work. It was interesting, very scientific, and I think it'll go well.

A few days ago Bekki and I did a flight of Sauvignon Blanc from three different wineries, and two different regions. It's always fun and interesting to put a single grape varietal side by side and see how terrior and wine makers can shape the flavors in such dramaticly different ways.
