Excessive

Yesterday I went to my program's orientation session with one Mr. Benjamin Shirley. I asked him to go with me so I wouldn't have to go alone, as I probably would've been nervous to go all by myself, and he also has a car so that makes it easier too. Anyway, the orientation was at 11:00am to 12:00pm, and it was pretty much exactly the same as the first time I went, and didn't really introduce any new information, but I felt better going to it, since now I don't have to wonder if I missed anything important or whatever. Now I just wait for Tuesday to come and I'll go to my first class at 11am in F3002, and I hope everything goes well.

So my last day of full time work is tomorrow and it's going to be a slow, uneventful day (hopefully), simply based on the fact that there is no events and no one in. I told Jeff that I would organize the freezer and dry storage before I left as my last parting gift, so I'll probably do that, but I mean, if I don't get to it, aaaahhh well.

So I spent my day off cleaning and working on a nifty php script that will eventually lead to parsing StarCraft 2 replays. So far, you can upload a replay, and the script can extract the two players and the two races they played, and what map it was on. I might just leave it at that, since it's all the info you really need, I mean, duration, who won, and all that would be great, but I think the work required to add those things is beyond my capabilities.

I love that I have a count down to the end of work... really gives me something to help me get through the days.

Six days of full time work remain before I have an extended vacation and return to school.

So I went to the grocery store on the way home, which adds on an extra half hour or so to my time to get home, so it's a tough call when I do go, but I decided to go and I picked up tenderloin and a 2L of Coke and a few other things but when I got to the checkout, I realized I didn't have any way to pay for it. Since I didn't get a bus pass this month, I didn't have it with me, and I keep my debit card in it, so bleh, it was embarrassing.

Today I cut part of my finger off. It hurt.

Spent the last three nights alone.

I spent the majority of the day at work scrambling around trying to get this crazy, weird, insane gala wedding ready. I had to stay late and worked for nine and a half hours, eventually feeling okay with what was done, and I left and caught the bus.

A late night tonight because I work late tomorrow, 12 to 9pm, which means I'll be late for a Tuesday raid which is all kinds of suck.
